By day, Rachelle works for the Ritz Carlton in Los Angeles. She serves on the Board of Directors to support and celebrate the accomplishments of the women who are seeking positive and healthy paths for their futures through the guidance and love of Generation Her.

Brianna Joslyn
Program Assistant Orange County Region & Board Member
Brianna Joslyn started at Generation Her as one of our very own teen moms and is now our Program Intern. She is attending Irvine Valley College to pursue a career in Domestic Violence Counseling. She wants to use her past experience to help others get out of unsafe relationships. Her goal is to be able to help in any way she can as well as be great role model for our teens moms.

Tonda Terrell
Board Member
Tonda is a Generation Her mentor at our LA location, who is passionate about helping teen moms achieve the balance between caring for their children, and accomplishing their life goals. As a former teen mom, born and raised in the inner city of Los Angeles, Tonda understands all too well the challenges that teen moms encounter as they progress through life. She encourages young women to “live from their potential and not their circumstances, as circumstances are always subject to improvement.” Tonda works in the Healthcare sector, and currently holds the title of Contracts Manager, while attending law school full-time in pursuit of a Juris Doctor degree.

Associate Program Manager , Montebello & Bell Gardens
Victoria graduated from East Los Angeles College in 2016 with 2 Associate Degrees. As a teen mother of two children, she understands how undeniably challenging the journey can be facing tremendous obstacles and daunting odds from every corner. She is attending the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) as a fourth year Sociology major and is currently in the process of applying to USC Rossier School of Education to obtain her Master’s in Educational Counseling. She recognizes that there is a critical need for college completion among young parents, therefore, she wants nothing more than to provide a support system and empower other young parents to pursue higher education to strengthen their life chances for themselves and their children.

Davita is currently a fourth year student at the University of California, Irvine working to obtain her Bachelors degree in Psychology and Social Behavior. Her goal is to attend graduate school and pursue a career in clinical psychology. Much of her interest for working with teenage moms stems from her own mother being a leader of a teenage mom group while she was in graduate school. Davita is so inspired by how hard working, motivated and strong all teenage moms are and she hopes she can help them be even more successful in any way that she can.
